Inbound lets you write messages in advance and schedule them to be delivered to yourself as notifications, under a name and photo you choose.
The messages are written by you. They are not sent by, authorised by, or connected to any real person, living or deceased. Inbound does not contact anyone, does not send anything to anyone else, and does not generate messages on anyone's behalf.
Inbound is not a health service. It is not counselling, therapy, medical advice, or treatment for any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or a local support line.
You choose the names, photos and messages. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you add, and for the content you write. You agree not to use Inbound to impersonate someone in a deceptive or harmful way, to harass anyone, or to create content that is unlawful. Because your content never leaves your device, we cannot review, moderate, or remove it.
Inbound requires a subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Delivery depends on your device, its operating system, and your notification settings. Battery savers, focus modes, and system restrictions can delay or prevent notifications. We do not guarantee that a message will be delivered at any particular time, or at all.
Your content is stored only on your device. We do not have copies. If you lose your device, delete the app, or clear its data, your content cannot be recovered. Please see the Privacy Policy.
The app, its design, and the message packs supplied with it belong to Grida. You may use them within the app while your subscription is active. Text you write yourself remains yours.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any part of it. If a paid feature is discontinued while you are subscribed, you may cancel through your store account.
Inbound is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grida is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any emotional distress arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

Inbound는 메시지를 미리 작성해 두고, 직접 고른 이름과 사진으로 자신에게 알림이 도착하도록 예약하는 앱입니다.
메시지는 이용자가 직접 작성합니다. 살아 있거나 사망한 특정 인물이 보낸 것이 아니며, 그 사람의 승낙이나 관여와도 무관합니다. Inbound는 누구에게도 연락하지 않고, 타인에게 무엇도 전송하지 않으며, 누군가를 대신해 메시지를 생성하지 않습니다.
Inbound는 의료·상담 서비스가 아닙니다. 상담, 심리치료, 의학적 조언, 질환의 치료가 아니며 전문적인 도움을 대체하지 않습니다. 힘든 상황이라면 전문가 또는 지역 상담 기관에 연락해 주세요.
이름·사진·메시지는 이용자가 선택합니다. 추가하는 사진을 사용할 권리가 있는지, 작성하는 내용이 적법한지에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인을 기만하거나 해를 끼치는 방식으로 사칭하거나, 누군가를 괴롭히거나, 위법한 내용을 만드는 데 사용하지 않기로 합니다. 이용자의 콘텐츠는 기기를 떠나지 않으므로 저희는 이를 검토·관리·삭제할 수 없습니다.
Inbound는 구독제입니다. 요금제와 가격은 결제 전에 앱에서 안내됩니다.
전달 여부는 기기, 운영체제, 알림 설정에 따라 달라집니다. 배터리 절약, 집중 모드, 시스템 제한 등으로 알림이 지연되거나 전달되지 않을 수 있습니다. 특정 시각의 전달이나 전달 자체를 보장하지 않습니다.
콘텐츠는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 저희는 사본을 보유하지 않습니다. 기기를 분실하거나 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 지우면 복구할 수 없습니다. 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
앱과 디자인, 함께 제공되는 메시지 팩은 그리다(Grida)에게 귀속됩니다. 구독이 유효한 동안 앱 안에서 이용하실 수 있습니다. 직접 작성한 문장은 이용자의 것입니다.
앱 또는 그 일부를 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 구독 중에 유료 기능이 중단되는 경우 스토어 계정에서 해지하실 수 있습니다.
Inbound는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 그리다(Grida)는 간접·결과적 손해 및 앱 이용으로 인한 정신적 고통에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임과 소비자로서의 법정 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
본 약관은 Republic of Korea의 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행적 소비자보호법에 따른 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.
